4 Payments & Fees

• UnicalDGM may charge fees for listings, promotions, or advertising services.
• All payments made are strictly for visibility and promotional purposes.
• UnicalDGM does not process or manage payments between buyers and sellers unless clearly stated.

5 Transactions

• All transactions take place directly between buyers and sellers.
• UnicalDGM is not responsible for disputes, fraud, delivery issues, or the quality of goods and services.

6 Vendor Verification

• Any verification badge is based on information provided by the vendor.
• Verification does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or reliability of any business.

7 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Advertise illegal goods or services.
• Impersonate any person or business.
• Use the Platform for scams or harmful activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform.

Violation may result in removal of listings or permanent suspension.

8 Intellectual Property

• All content on UnicalDGM, including logos, design, text, and layout, belongs to UnicalDGM unless stated otherwise.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
